Laura Kunz began working in the field of behavioral healthcare in 2009. Over the last 15 years, she has worked in various business development and leadership roles while representing several of the nation’s top treatment providers. She has helped thousands of individuals and families in need and is a dedicated mental health advocate. In 2015, she founded a support group for parents of addicted children in her hometown of Cincinnati, Ohio called Parents Helping Parents. She then served on the WCPO Heroin Task Force where she authored several published articles on the opioid epidemic and its effects within communities. In 2017, Laura co-presented with the Captain of Palm Beach County Fire Rescue to the International Downtown Association, educating city leaders across the world on community solutions to the opioid crisis. In 2020, Laura became the Founder and Co-Chair of Jupiter Recovery Day, a local mental health awareness initiative. In 2021, Laura was recognized by the Palm Beach County Mom’s Collective as a Palm Beach County “Superhero.” In addition to her community work, Laura has founded and led several successful behavioral healthcare networking groups, one of which is headed into its 10th consecutive year. For the last 9 years, Laura has proudly represented Futures Recovery Healthcare. Currently, she oversees external relations and key partnerships on behalf of Futures. She also serves as the Vice President to Futures Recovery Healthcare’s sister company, Spirence.
