Ingrid VanAlstyne has over 15 years of experience working in behavioral health,  including 8 years in executive leadership roles with prominent companies in Florida. Ingrid began her career back in 2003 working as a group facilitator to primarily chronically mentally ill patients and later transitioning to working with substance abuse patients. She developed and implemented programs that would provide high quality care to patients suffering from the disease of addiction. Ingrid received her MBA from the University of Florida and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor as well as a master's level Certified Addiction Professional. Ingrid is also bilingual, speaking both Spanish and English fluently. Ingrid's background in executive leadership paired with her years of hands on clinical experience gives her a unique understanding of the business side of our organization as well as the needs of the population we serve.
