Dr. Deja Gilbert received her PhD in Human Services in Counseling Studies at Capella University and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). As COO of Futures Recovery Healthcare, Dr. Gilbert’s focus includes enhancing and expanding the facility programs, overseeing regulatory compliance, driving operational growth, and providing strategic leadership and demonstration of exceptional service to its clients and staff. Her commitment to provide the highest level of behavioral healthcare treatment has driven Dr. Gilbert to establish and operate multiple treatment programs and facilities across the east coast. She began her career in the addiction treatment field over 15 years ago as a primary counselor, where she first witnessed the positive impact quality therapy coupled with a compassionate, dignified approach can have on changing the lives of her clients and their families. Today she brings that same approach and passion to her team as they strive to set the standard in the behavioral healthcare industry.
