Ms. Kozlowski received certifications in Hypnotherapy from The National Guild of Hypnotists, The American Board of Hypnotherapy, and The Florida Society of Professional Hypnotherapists. She brings 20 years of experience to Futures, conducting hypnotherapy sessions with clients in an individual and group setting for relaxation, visualization of goals, and to release anxiety and control cravings. Ms. Kozlowski has also worked as a case manager and has an additional 6 years as a Hypnotherapist/Life Coach specifically within the field of addiction. She finds it very rewarding to help clients relax and achieve a deep meditative state to process all the emotional, mental and physical work being done, and to actually have a practice established that they can take home with them after leaving Futures. Lorraine is a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists and presents exemplary standards in recognizing the unique needs of each client. Lorraine grew up in Utica, New York. She is a proud mother of two married sons and has seven grandchildren. Her interests outside of work include: meditation, gardening, and pilates.
