Jessica White, MS, LPC, LMHC
EMDR Therapist
Jessica White obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bryn Mawr College and a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Jessica holds licenses in good standing in both Florida and Pennsylvania and has more than 10 years of experience in the addiction medicine and behavioral health fields. Jessica is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an extensively researched and effective psychotherapy technique to treat trauma and PTSD symptoms, as well as depression, anxiety, addictions, and other distressing life experiences. She has extensive training and experience in EMDR, somatic psychotherapy, and integrative mindfulness interventions.
She is passionate about addressing the key role that trauma plays in mental health and addiction recovery and in fostering resiliency and post-traumatic growth in the patients she serves.
A transplant from Philadelphia, Jessica enjoys exploring Florida's state parks, learning about local history, traveling and creating art in her spare time.
