Futures’ cherished alumni community gives back in more ways than one. Our alumni team conducts long-term outcomes research with alumni to improve the performance of our clinical program.
Futures’ alumni representatives call alumni at specific intervals to check on their recovery and offer additional resources if needed. Many alumni participate in long-term outcome studies. Outcome studies collect data useful in improving the efficacy of care at Futures. Some of the information collected includes updates on health, recovery, continued care, support group attendance, and lifestyle attributes like employment and relationship status.
Information volunteered by our alumni members can influence clinical programming, wellness offerings, adjunct services, and many other aspects of our program. Our alumni members are also sources of inspiration and new thinking. We take their feedback seriously and work to enhance the Futures experience continually.
