Outpatient care for addiction & co-occurring mental health conditions
For those who need to integrate recovery seamlessly into their daily lives, an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides a fitting solution.
Our IOP includes a minimum of three hours of therapy per day, three days a week. This approach ensures that all client needs are thoroughly addressed. With our detailed assessments, we tailor our services to meet each client’s unique situation from the outset.
Our three-pronged approach to Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) services focuses on identifying each client’s unique needs, implementing innovative strategies for recovery, and integrating these practices into everyday life. This method supports individuals as they reconnect with their communities and engage in their daily activities with confidence.
Our program takes into account the challenges of recovery and emphasizes sustainable, long-term success. Evidence-based techniques and individualized care plans help ensure a smooth transition, addressing the complexities of addiction while fostering growth and resilience in a supportive environment.
Our client-centered IOP incorporates a diverse range of therapies tailored to individual needs. With nine hours of group therapy and one individual session per week, conducted virtually, the program is designed to provide flexibility and accessibility while maintaining a high standard of care.
Treatment plans draw from a wide spectrum of recovery methods, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), experiential therapies, and holistic approaches like tapping meditation. This broad array of options allows for adaptability and ongoing collaboration, ensuring each plan evolves as needed to foster emotional, physical, and spiritual healing.
This program is dedicated to individuals dealing with primary mental health conditions linked to trauma. It combines evidence-based therapies and supportive care to help patients process their trauma and build resilience.
Support during reintegration is vital for long-term success. This involves connecting with local recovery communities and attending alumni support groups after treatment. We encourage multiple recovery pathways, such as Alcoholics Anonymous (AA), Narcotics Anonymous (NA), Celebrate Recovery, Dharma Recovery, SMART Recovery, and Wellbriety.
Continued support for families is also essential. While addiction is recognized as a chronic condition, its impact extends beyond the individual, affecting overall family wellness. We promote a family “wellness” model, focusing on restoring balance through integrated communication and building healthier, more supportive relationships.
Ongoing connections are essential to maintaining long-term health and wellness. Our alumni services provide a vital support network, offering guidance whenever challenges arise or clients feel “triggered.” Futures Recovery Healthcare remains a constant source of support, helping clients navigate their path to recovery and a fulfilling future.
The ultimate goal is to empower clients with the strength and skills they develop through our IOP. With continued care and support, clients are equipped to achieve their long-term goals and embrace lives they once thought were out of reach.
