Chris Jones
Executive Director of Employee and Staff Services
Chris T. Jones is deeply passionate about helping individuals overcome addiction and rebuild their lives. With years of experience in the drug treatment field, he’s driven by a strong desire to make a meaningful impact. His dedication stems from a personal understanding of the challenges faced by those struggling with substance abuse and a commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care.
Chris earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami, where he played on the 1991 National Championship football team. A former NFL player, he spent his career with the Philadelphia Eagles and Oakland Raiders, setting a record alongside Irving Fryer for 158 combined catches—an outstanding achievement in Eagles history. Unfortunately, a devastating knee injury cut short his promising career, leading him into a battle with depression and addiction. Now years into his recovery, Chris has devoted his life to helping others navigate the path to sobriety through sober coaching.
Chris previously served as Senior Supervisor at Children’s Place of Home Safe, then spent a decade as Director of Operations at a respected luxury treatment center before becoming Vice President of Client and Employee Services at Futures Recovery Healthcare. In his free time, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and cheering on his beloved Miami Hurricanes.
Chris believes deeply in the power of recovery and is committed to creating a supportive, healing environment where clients can achieve lasting transformation. For him, this work is more than just a career—it’s a mission to help others find hope and build healthier, brighter futures.
