Chef Eli brings more than a decade of culinary experience and a strong commitment to quality, service, and teamwork to his role as Executive Chef at Futures Recovery Healthcare. He oversees culinary operations and works closely with the treatment and operations teams to provide nutritious, high-quality meals that accommodate patients’ dietary needs and support their overall treatment experience.

Chef Eli’s passion for cooking began during his childhood, surrounded by a loving and supportive family with deep Southern roots. Some of his earliest memories in the kitchen are with his grandfather, who encouraged each of his grandchildren to learn a lifelong trade. For Chef Eli, that trade became cooking.

Inspired by the comfort, connection, and care associated with Southern food, Chef Eli strives to bring those same qualities to every meal he prepares. Through his love of fresh, quality ingredients, his goal is to encourage recovery, promote wellness, and create a comforting dining experience for every patient at Futures.
