With more than a decade of experience in behavioral healthcare marketing, relationship development, and strategic leadership, Fran is dedicated to connecting individuals and professionals with the resources and care they need.

Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Fran has called West Palm Beach home for over 25 years. After a successful career in Broadcast Media Management, she transitioned into behavioral healthcare in 2013, where she quickly established herself as a leader in professional relations and strategic outreach. Her passion for advocacy, collaboration, and impact has driven her continued growth as a trusted partner and innovator in the field.

Fran is widely recognized for her ability to cultivate meaningful relationships, manage complex initiatives, and develop strategies that bridge clinical care with community engagement. Her work is rooted in a commitment to connecting people, programs, and purpose, bringing both professionalism and authenticity to every partnership.

Her leadership extends beyond her role, serving as an Executive Board Member of the Delray Beach Drug Task Force and as a Board Member of the South Florida Professional Liaison Association. Through these roles, she actively supports efforts that promote recovery, expand access to care, and strengthen ethical collaboration across the behavioral health community.

In her new role, Fran will focus on expanding national partnerships and advancing Futures Recovery Healthcare’s mission to foster hope, trust, and meaningful change for individuals and families affected by addiction and mental health challenges.
