Frank Francisco is a graduate of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA) in New York City and built a professional career performing on national tours, international stages across Florida, the Dominican Republic, and Mexico, and in film productions. His work in the performing arts refined his communication skills, emotional intelligence, adaptability, and ability to connect with diverse audiences — strengths that continue to define his professional approach today. He now serves as the Executive Concierge for Orenda at Futures Recovery Healthcare, where he leads the client-facing experience with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. Since joining Futures, Frank has grown within the organization through dedication and service, earning advancement into leadership. As a trusted first point of contact, he creates a welcoming, supportive environment for clients and families while upholding the high standards and compassionate mission of the Orenda program.
