Dr. Tammy Malloy is a behavioral health executive, clinician, researcher, and national speaker with more than 20 years of experience in mental health, substance use treatment, trauma-informed care, and healthcare operations. She holds a PhD in Social Work from Barry University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT).
As Chief Executive Officer of Futures Recovery Healthcare, Dr. Malloy leads clinical innovation and operational strategy with a focus on improving behavioral health outcomes through ethical AI integration, measurement-based care, and recovery-oriented systems of care. Her clinical expertise includes trauma-informed care, family systems, co-occurring disorders, psychometric assessment, and high-risk behaviors across addictive disorders.
Nationally recognized for her work in AI-assisted mental health assessment and digital phenotyping in collaboration with Aiberry and Constellation Research, Dr. Malloy is also a published researcher whose work has appeared in academic journals focused on addiction, depression, spirituality, and clinical personality pathology. She has facilitated clinical research for more than a decade and is a sought-after speaker at national and international conferences on substance use disorders, trauma, co-occurring mental health conditions, digital mental health, and behavioral healthcare innovation.
