Tiffany Gordon is a licensed mental health counselor and Program Specialist with Hanley Foundation’s Zero Suicide Initiative. With over eight years of experience in leadership, community outreach, and trauma-informed care, she brings a compassionate, evidence-based approach to her work with high-risk populations.
Tiffany specializes in clinical mental health counseling and addiction treatment for first responders, military personnel, and law enforcement families. She served as Lead Clinician for Hanley’s Patriots Program and continues to provide tailored support through both Hanley Foundation and her private practice at Oasis Counseling Center.
Certified as a QPR and QPR-T Instructor, Tiffany trains medical professionals, clinicians, and community leaders in suicide prevention. She also facilitates Project Hope, a virtual support group for individuals grieving the loss of a loved one to suicide.
Tiffany holds a bachelor’s degree from Lynn University (Magna Cum Laude) and a graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University, where she specialized in Marriage and Family Therapy.
