Days of Ascent – “Mindfulness & Meditation”

Active members of the Futures alumni group and their families are invited back to Futures to partake in the November Days of Ascent event. Activities will include:
- Group therapy
- Psycho-educational groups
- Process groups
- Hypnotherapy groups
- Gender groups
- Specialty family only groups
- And sober fun!
